Power Grammar Beginner Level (Grammar Fun, Writing Fun, Module 1 - 4)
Power grammar provides a fun-filled experience for primary level students who wish to improve their grammar and have fun at the same time. Children will be able to consolidate different grammar concepts through curriculum based activities,making it an enjoyable and interactive experience for all learners. The entire course is designed to better equip students to speak and write English with confidence.

Teacher:
Ms Cherie received her secondary education in the United Kingdom, and was awarded 3 As for her UK A-Level examinations. She then returned to Hong Kong and attained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ms Cherie has been with Power Elite since the start of the centre and is the sole executive of our Grammar curriculum.
Working with children has always been Ms Cherie's passion; she has over eight years’ experience teaching Spoken English and Grammar to primary school students. Ms Cherie understands the challenges students encounter when learning English as a second language and devotes her time and energy into creating a dynamic and balanced learning environment for optimal motivation and interest. This is why all of Ms Cherie's lessons are communicative and collaborative; she always adopts a very interactive teaching approach, with an emphasis on language-based activities to accommodate learners' diversity and individual learning styles.
Ms Christine

With a strong faith that education can change one's life, Ms Christine obtained a bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and a master's degree in Information Communication Technology in Education at the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Hong Kong respectively. Ms Christine has over 15 years' experience in English language teaching, her students ranged from primary school to postgraduate students. She is particularly keen on enhancing students' learning motivation with dynamic teaching strategies.
As a mother of two boys who are studying at local primary and secondary schools, Ms Christine is well versed with the local education system. She is enthusiastic to facilitate every Power Elite student to be a confident English learner not only with her knowledge and experience but also with her love and care.
Mr Wilson returned to Hong Kong in 2001 to pursue his teaching career after completing his higher education in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Griffith University, Australia and has also earned a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CertTESOL) from Trinity College of London.
Mr Wilson has been very active in the English teaching field for the last ten years, working with students of all ages in both local and international schools and language centers. He specialises in teaching English grammar, writing, reading and examination preparation, combining with his classroom management skills, he provides interactive lessons with his own unique teaching strategies.
Mr Wilson gets a great sense of satisfaction whenever his students show improvement in their English skills and implements creative approaches to engage his learners. He is known to include fun cultural references from around in the world through his lessons, giving all his students the added advantage of learning interesting things from different countries.

Power Grammar Fun
Grammar Fun prepares students to attain the P1 English level required by most Band 1 primary schools. Emphasis will be put on teaching students how to respond to complex instructions and to develop the necessary skill sets to complete their work independently.
This program covers the fundamentals of English grammar which includes nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and prepositions.
Lessons are conducted through PowerPoint and students will be able to consolidate grammar concepts through class activities and interactive group games.

Power Writing Fun
Writing Fun teaches students the techniques of writing basic sentences to construct simple descriptive paragraphs covering the topics of people, places, animals, things, hobbies and interests. Students will also have the opportunity to apply the grammar concepts they have acquired in Grammar Fun into practice through various writing exercises.
Lessons are conducted through PowerPoint and students will be able to consolidate writing concepts through class activities and interactive group games.
